Injection System: This refers to the flow channels that the plastic passes through before entering the cavity from the nozzle. It includes the main runner, cold slug well, sprue, and runners. Its function is to guide the molten plastic from the injection machine nozzle to the mold cavity and fill it evenly.
Forming System: This refers to the various parts that form the shape of the product, including the moving mold, fixed mold, cavity (凹模), core (凸模), forming rods, and other components. Its function is to form the shape and dimensions of the plastic product.
Guiding System: This refers to the guiding components that ensure the accurate alignment of the moving mold and fixed mold during mold closing. Its function is to ensure that the mold moves smoothly and accurately during the opening and closing process, and can withstand a certain load.
Cooling System: This refers to the temperature control system set up to meet the requirements of the injection process for mold temperature. Its function is to control the mold temperature so that the plastic can be cooled and solidified evenly in the cavity to obtain high-quality products.
Ejection System: This refers to a series of mechanisms that eject or push the formed plastic product out of the mold. Its function is to ensure that the product can be demolded smoothly without damage.
Exhaust System: This refers to a series of devices that discharge air and other gases from the cavity in a timely manner during injection. Its function is to prevent the formation of bubbles, shrinkage, and burning caused by gas in the product.
Mechanism System: This refers to various auxiliary mechanisms set up to meet the structural or functional requirements of the product. Its function is to realize some special functions of the product, such as side-action core pulling and changing the thickness of the product.
These seven systems are interconnected and interact with each other to ensure that the plastic mold can work normally and produce qualified plastic products.
